Made from the prized Nebbiolo grape, this wine features flavours of violet, cherries, and cocoa. Undertones of toasted oak, dark fruit and firm acidity dominate the long finish.

Each Cru Select kit contains 12 litres of superior quality varietal grape juice and concentrate. In as little as six weeks, it will make 23 litres (30 bottles) of distinctive craft wine.
